Today is the first day that Scotty is on test in San Clemente Island. He has forewarned me that 1) there might be NO Internet, and 2) there might not be any cell phone coverage. So, I mentioned that I would blog daily so that if he can get online for a brief moment he can read about our day at home on the mainland. So here goes:

WEDNESDAY
Today was uneventful. Work was productive and the kids held down the fort without incident. After work I worked on homework and surprise surprise I am ahead of things. I have a big project coming up so I am trying to prepare/finish all other little assignments. Since Scotty no longer works from home he spends his time downstairs with me after work. Which I really do LOVE, but it means that I don’t get to watch my girly/trashy TV as often as I’d like. So tonight I am catching up on some reality TV and the old favs like Grey’s Anatomy! Currently, I am watching the Bachelor. It is a little boring, but I will try to stick with it this season! Oh, and also today I arranged for my dad to come down and paint Scotty’s office. We are planning on changing it to more of a guest bedroom. He said I can choose a color, but I’m not sure how he’ll feel about Barbie pink. I am open to suggestions!!
