Forget work, I had a very productive day at home today! I got home from work, did some homework, and then decided to get on to some overdue chores. Tomorrow Scotty’s office is getting painted (thanks dad!). I have much prep work to do before my dad comes down. The most important task at hand is cleaning off Scotty’s desk and cleaning out his closet. Now, this isn’t something I should really be doing on my own because what I view as homeless cords are sometimes keep-the-house-buzzing cords and if lost might mean the doom of our home! I decided to take a clear box from the garage and comfortably house the cords until Scotty can go through and decide what can stay and what can go. After about 2 hours, his closet door can now be closed and the surface of his desk can be seen. While this might seem a minor accomplishment, I would bet that anyone who has recently seen my husband’s desk would honor that my work is is well deserving of a nice glass of wine. I only wish I had taken a before photo!
