This evening Scotty and I enjoyed a nice and relaxing happy hour (HH) on the beach. When Scotty got home I had a variety of cheeses sliced, some salami, crackers, and some specialty cheese dip already to go in the cooler. I also poured some boxed wine (his red, mine white- which yes means we have two boxes) into coffee mugs- drinking is no longer legal on the beach, but boxed wine is hardly alcohol! In fact, it’s almost as bad as Beringer zinfandel! By 5:00 we were on the sand enjoying our treats. The weather was amazing! We could have easily been in our bathing suites, even at 5 o’clock. A day like today is rare because the typical marine layer usually rolls in around 4 o’clock. Scotty and I hung out for about an hour and now we are home catching up on a great TV series- The Office. For those who like light-hearted stupid funny, this is the show!
