With the current flu epidemic we decided that our pugs needed full protection. Swine Flu has been an monster captivating our current school system. Jinx is a very ‘social’ dog and therefore she needs to be protected at all times! I know what you are all saying: social, are you kidding?! I didn’t say her social skills were appropriate, I simply said she was social! We fitted Jinx with a mask that isn’t the best fit for her (flat) nose, but seems to be working for the time being. Kooper has also been fitted for his mask and he unfortunately thinks he can’t breathe with it on. We are still working with him and helping him feel comfortable with his newest accessory! In helping him feel confident with his mask, Scotty has volunteered to wear one full time as well. It is quite comical in the Hatcher home!
