Friday afternoon I frantically emailed my mom to tell her that I feared Kayden did not have enough bows. I’m not sure where this sudden frightening thought came from, but it arose nonetheless. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not a girly girl. I have adamantly stated from the time I knew my peanut was a girl that I would make her be a glittery princess. This meant she would wear bows! Well in order to train a baby to wear bows you need to start right away. That’s what I heard anyway!! Kayden hasn’t worn a bow since she arrived, thus creating a huge problem. So on Friday I emailed my mom voicing my fears (I should say, email chains are a frequent thing in my family!). Mimi immediately hopped in the car and headed to the closest boutique. She got a handful of bows and about ten corresponding outfits! Me, not being the girly girl, is learning how to put these things on her. For example, i just learned that the bow doesn’t belong in the front of her forehead between her eyes. It looks much better off to the side. Ahh the many things I need to learn to give my girl a fighting chance!!!

I should point out that Auntie Karrina is the one responsible for showing me the bow belongs on the side and not directly in the middle. Thanks Auntie ‘Trina!
That’s what I’m here for! LOL!
