We have been reading about and hearing from the doctors that we should be doing at least 20 minutes of tummy time each day. I know I have mentioned the importance of tummy time in previous posts. Some days I am better than others, but Miss Kayden does not like tummy time! She can’t be bothered lifting her own head when mommy is sitting right next to her. Lately she seems to be stretching and growing so fast. She’s getting too long to put her on the couch to do it so I had to find a new place. She pushes off hard enough that it propels her forward. The pugs are always at our feet and would soften her landing, but nonetheless we’d prefer that she doesn’t go flying just yet! So anyway I decided to put out a blanket and have some tummy time in her nursery. It didn’t go so well!

So tummy time ended early and we decided to try on all of our bows and have a photo shoot. She was having fun until the bows got too big! Then it went down hill!

The weather has been so great here that we have been able to continue to wear summer clothes. Today I dressed her up like her blanket. Mommy’s little bug!

Those bows could fit my head!!! hahaha they are cute, she rocks them š Tummy time is tricky at first, you may want to try using your boppy. I know that helped with Addie. But unlike Kayden Auntie Kim can’t wait until she can get back on her tummy! Great pictures!
