We all remember the hilarious pictures of Kayden sitting on both Santa and the Easter Bunny’s laps, right? Yeah, I know you’ve got the visual. So this is why Miss Kloey was the only one to sit on the Easter’s Bunny’s lap this year– for fear that someone might call CPS for the obvious torture of a toddler. For the past two days I have been coaching Kayden that Kloey was going to sit on the Easter Bunny’s lap for one picture, but then Mommy AND Kayden were going to go sit NEXT to the Easter Bunny. She was all game until we got there. Once again, she was all tough girl talking about sitting next to the Easter Bunny until we rounded that corner and we saw a large brown (ugh, BROWN?!) over-sized stuffed animal waving as we were the only children approaching. Kloey was like, ‘Yeah whatever, Mom. I’ll sit here and not smile.’ Kayden was like, ‘You’re off your rocker lady if you think I am sitting on that unpredictable stuffed animal that moves and has a fan powered on high sitting right in front of him!! So Mimi quickly escorted Kayden to the nearest candle store while Kloey got her first picture with the Easter Bunny. I guess it was a 50% successful trip.

P.S. What is with the brown bunny this year?! The local mall down the street has a gross pink one so I figured I would make the drive to the mall in a different city remembering that they had a white one last year. I think I might have opted for the pink rather than the brown! Oh well, maybe we’ll do both this year. For Kloey that is!
